We are looking for a Solution Partnerships Manager in the United Kingdom to build our solution partner ecosystem, including system integrator (SI) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners. This is a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for Coder’s solutions across the EMEA markets to start. If you’re customer-centric, data-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you What you’ll do here… Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both the partner and Coder Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.) Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement Act as the key liaison for partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities What we’re looking for… 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships Understand complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels Experience building and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment Player/coach mentality; someone who is coachable, and can coach members of the team Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone You are curious about technology and are constantly learning You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and EQ Self-motivated, with a creative and analytical mindset Startup experience Bonus tacos if you have… (Tacos?
