This European practice is well established across Benchmarking, Transformation, and Advisory. They are now strengthening and building their Benchmarking capability in the UK and across Europe. Working with C-suite executives and multiple functions & industries leadership teams, they design and implement benchmarking engagements/system implementations to deliver World-Class Performance.
Essential:
We are now strengthening and building our Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / retained Finance leadership teams, we design and implement EPM process transformation/system implementations to deliver World-Class performance.
Consulting Experience:
* Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
* EPM vendor networked (Board)
* Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
* Directing and Leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
* Good-written proposal development support skills
* Change management experience
* Possesses strong management and leadership skills
* Cross-sector / capability awareness
* Referenceable UK, International and Global client
Capability Experience:
Recognised deep expert in the Planning Process
* Multiple referenceable Board solution implementations performed
* Viewed as an expert in retained Finance processes i.e. RTR and FP&A
* Viewed as an expert in EPM operating model design and implementation
* Good knowledge of EPM strategy/blueprinting and capability maturity assessments
* Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
* Well-versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Board design and implementation experience are essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Help grow and develop the Practice.
* Creating a clear EPM vision and a Pragmatic Engagement Strategy.
* Implementing Board EPM solutions and Engagement Delivery Model.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Global Enterprise Performance Management Engagements working with clients large-scale digital business solutions at C suite level. Viewed as a subject matter expert in Board EPM and Advanced EPM skills – a strong eye for detail but able to also see the ‘big picture.
Experience required:
Min. 8 years in major management consultancy & leadership including business transformation and improvements in the Finance Operating model, cost structure and the value provided to the overall enterprise.
