Duties and responsibilities To provide clinical leadership of the highest calibre to ensure the highest standards of nursing care are consistently provided to all patients attending the clinical setting Manage the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of planned care for patients Provide and receive complex, sensitive information Display effective management of clinical teams, in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way Support the Ward Manager and Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of the healthcare environment Develop own knowledge and practice and assist others to continually professionally develop Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas, and work practices Develop and improve services To ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice Who we are looking for: Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions. Have a minimum of 1-year post-graduation experience with demonstrable experience in a similar role. Venepuncture and ILS Training is desirable for this role. Excellent communication skills, along with being organised and can display excellent patient care.
