As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for existing and prospective customers within your assigned region. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting premium products and services, and recommending tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Working closely with the sales team and internal departments, you will aim to exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Regular reporting on performance and maintaining strong customer relationships are key aspects of this dynamic and rewarding position.
Responsibilities
* The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
* Identify business opportunities within your territory
* Present our premium products and services to prospective customers
* Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
* Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
* Maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager
