Job summary We have some exciting opportunities to work in the Sunderland Mental Health Support Team (MHST), and are seeking to recruit enthusiastic motivated individuals to be part of our growing team. The MHST is a relatively new service and works across designated schools in Sunderland supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 to 18 years in providing low-intensity interventions, group work and whole school approach activities. We also work with parents and carers as part of this in addition we offer training and advice and support to our schools. If successful you will be based locally at the Hetton Centre, but work on a regular basis at designated schools across Sunderland. To undertake one of these roles you will need to be a qualified/experienced Education Mental Health Practitioner.
