Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow and we are now looking for a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant to join our vibrant Stirling office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience of MS Office Products.

The Team
XPS Self Invested Pensions is part of XPS Group. We manage relationships with thousands of clients and hundreds of professional financial advice firms. We are only as strong as the people we employ. Our team of specialist staff look after SIPP and SSAS client assets worth £2.5bn.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of commercial property purchase and in-specie transfer transactions
* Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining department service and quality standards
* Ensure the quality of work is of the highest standard
* Liaise with Financial Advisers, Solicitors and other property professionals to ensure the transaction completes as smoothly as possible
* Working always to protect the interests of XPS, ensure department procedures are followed at all times
* Actively make recommendations to continually improve the department’s work processes and knowledge
* Take ownership of their portfolio and all property related processes
* Check work of colleagues to ensure the quality of work is of the highest standard
* Participate and help resolve complaints cases relating to property
Your profile
Essential Criteria
* Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar pensions/office administration/customer service environment.
* Have a broad range of communication and influencing skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to challenge third parties when required
* Confident, self-motivated, and very organised
* Ability to see through complex processes to identify opportunities to improve
* Able to work towards tight and urgent deadlines.
