Your Role
As an Associate Civil Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in both project delivery and strategic development. This includes:
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Overseeing the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, particularly in the residential and commercial sector
Preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, and calculations
Ensuring compliance with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
Driving project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
Collaborating closely with senior leadership to expand our Civil Engineering capability in Birmingham
What You’ll Need
Strong background in infrastructure design, especially for residential developments
Proven client-facing experience and commercial awareness
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and WinDes (or equivalents)
Natural leadership skills with experience in team supervision or mentoring
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
