Salary:
From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
You will lead and manage a team of Project Engineers in day to day operations
Assess various product design changes and work with relevant stakeholders to establish optimum embodiment points within production
Manage and support Change Assessments and Progression meetings
You will be providing reports to senior stakeholders across the business
Develop and optimise the process by which the business plan aligns up to the embodiment of design change
Be accountable as a member of the Project Management team for supporting the development and implementation of appropriately tailored Project Management practices
Consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
You will need to have good knowledge of Product Configuration Management and Change Planning processes
Have demonstrated experience in Product Project Management within a Manufacturing and Design environment
Excellent Stakeholder Management experience and skills with the ability to guide and influence
Previous experience in leading or managing a team will be required
Desirable:
An understanding of Product Management Toolsets such as Teamcenter and SAP
