Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a key leadership role that supports the Responsible Officer (RO) and Director of Financial Planning & Delivery, on the strategic, professional and operational delivery of financial management, financial reporting, and financial governance of the NHS Executive and NHS Wales. Deputising for the RO to provide strategic financial advice to the NHS Executive and liaison with Welsh Government finance team and policy leads as required.
