Our Client, a specialist education provider, is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support to their HR team and staff across the business, this includes HR Administration, Recruitment, DBS, onboarding, and systems updates. This role would suit an experienced Administrator looking to start a career within HR.
This position is Initially a temporary placement, however, for the Ideal candidate, this could become Permanent.
Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
* Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained, passing more complex queries on as appropriate.
* Produce, summarise and distribute regular management information for sickness, turnover, etc;
* Maintain and update the HR systems and processes.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.
Requirements of the HR Administrator:
* Proven, strong, administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to differing audiences
* Evidence of excellent customer care
* Evidence of good organisational skills including being able to meet deadlines
* Strong IT skills using a wide range of applications, including digital and online tools
