Main Building: 44 bed luxury hospitality driven residential nursing care, set over 7 floors, catering to residential nursing care, memory care, respite and rehab/recovery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all hospitality services including front of house, reception, housekeeping, laundry and food & beverage.
2. Manage and develop the front of house teams; reception, housekeeping, laundry, and dining service.
3. Assist the General Manager in delivering the brand standards and maintain 90%+ in the Loveday Way Audit.
4. Identify opportunities to improve people, processes, and systems.
5. Monitor and control budgets in conjunction with the General Manager.
6. Ensure departments use nominated suppliers and that purchase orders are complete.
7. Ensure job rotas are issued timely and that adequate resources are always available.
8. Liaise with nursing staff, members, and relatives to meet members' needs and preferences.
9. Be hands-on alongside team members, irrespective of shift patterns or days of the week.
10. Liaise closely with other departments including care, kitchen, maintenance, and activities.
11. Optimize staff retention and satisfaction through self-development and motivation of the team.
12. Ensure training compliance is constantly at 90%+ for the hospitality team.
13. Attend members' meetings, events and functions as they arise.
14. Keep good records and meet all statutory and company requirements.
15. Lead, train and support the reception team in carrying out their daily duties.
16. Ensure that all guests receive a welcome as per the Loveday Way brand standards.
17. Engage with all members and ensure they are happy and content.
18. Obtain and act upon feedback, continually improving systems and processes.
19. Professionally manage the guest and member diary.
20. Ensure all ancillary services are charged to members accounts or to visitors directly.
21. Lead, train and support the Food & Beverage team.
22. Monitor and support the dining room service at mealtimes.
23. Ensure that food service to member suites is carried out to the set Loveday Way standards.
24. Ensure that all members lounges are clean, stocked and ordered.
25. Lead in the planning and delivery of F+B during members daily activity schedule.
26. Control beverage and consumables stocks to ensure budgets are achieved.
27. Support the Head Chef in ensuring food safety paperwork is completed.
28. Support the Head Housekeeper in the daily operation of the housekeeping department.
29. Support the activities team with extraordinary days out where needed.
30. Be fluent with Health and Safety requirements for the Hospitality Department.
31. Carry out building walks/audits and checks as required.
32. Monitor all member areas and ensure that they are clean and tidy.
33. Bring to life the Loveday culture, values and reputation.
34. Carry out any other task that may be reasonably assigned.
