Position: Property Manager
Location: Central Bath Office – House of St Johns with option to partially work from home.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our small yet dedicated team as a Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our curated property portfolio, delivering a premium level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Check-in/Check-outs: Provide a high level of service during guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring clients experience a seamless and memorable stay.
* Communications: Engage with guests and clients in person as well as live chat, phone, and email channels to provide assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a positive guest experience. Main contact for guest enquiries and third-party suppliers.
* Portfolio Maintenance: Conduct spot-checks and void property inspections to uphold the portfolio to our 'Curated' standard. Identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary upgrades or maintenance to landlords.
* Inventory Management: Manage stock and inventory throughout the portfolio, ensuring that properties are well-equipped and maintained to meet guest expectations.
* Supplier and Contractor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaners, suppliers, and maintenance contractors to ensure timely and efficient property upkeep. Manage existing relationships with suppliers while also sourcing new ones.
* Maintenance Access: Facilitate maintenance access to properties as required, coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensure that properties within the portfolio adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements. This includes but is not limited to health and safety standards and fire safety regulations. No prior experience in compliance management is required, as training will be provided.
* General Errand-running: Fulfill ad hoc errands and tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and property management software is desirable.
* Flexibility to work weekends as required.
