Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as helping with everyday tasks like grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Administer medication and ensure clients receive hot, nutritious meals. Offer companionship, reassurance, and engage in activities that brighten the lives of vulnerable individuals. Utilise technology that streamlines administrative tasks, improves care outcomes, and allows you to focus on what matters most: providing excellent care to the people we support. What were looking for A strong work ethic with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with both clients and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately. Fluent in English. Care experience is not required, but candidates must be at least 18 years old. Your shifts will include one weekend in two, flexibility is essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred. This role is subject to a DBS check. You will be provided with a mobile phone and care app to help you work safely and efficiently.
