Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring an outstanding service for all residents.
Oversee a large team of care professionals, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the home’s accreditation to industry standards.
Manage the financial performance of the home, including budget oversight and resource allocation, while ensuring efficient operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families, stakeholders, and external partners to uphold the home’s excellent reputation.Essential Requirements:
Experience with larger nursing homes is highly desirable.
Private-paying market experience is essential, as this role requires a deep understanding of the demands and expectations of private clients.
RGN qualification is preferable, but not essential.
Extensive senior management experience within a care home environment.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to deliver exceptional care.
