Responsibilities: Engages with the team and drives teamwork. Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset. Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately. Perform efficient and high-quality repairs. Maintain a net and organised workspace. Stay up to date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message. Preferred Skills & Qualities: Flexible availability Positive can-do attitude. Confident using Microsoft Teams and what’s app business. Patient and able to work under pressure. Qualifications Skills Required Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos Repairs experience in general, or a propensity to learn the trade Basic computer literacy Previous experience in retail Ability to work under pressure Team player and motivator Organisational skills Good command of English Flexibility Frequent local travel between stores and hotels within London
