My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK, currently on a recruitment drive. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team for the region covering Prime Central London, specifically in Acton.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment profile and be able to deliver excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face. Although experience in new homes is desirable, the essential experience needed to be considered for this role includes: employment stability, at least 2 years of sales experience, and the ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to enquiries made on the website or via external portals
* Booking customers in to view the development and following up after the appointment
* Selling through on all off-plan units
* Conducting viewings on site and showcasing the development surroundings
* Ensuring good housekeeping of the development in general
* Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
* Conducting a snagging list prior to handover
