Customer Service Advisor Location: Swindon (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team, based in Swindon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will provide exceptional service to maintain and enhance customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
