At Long-term Teachers we are seeking to appoint two Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-track progression and training plan. The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is one of the highest-paying sales jobs and will suit an outgoing, competitive, and resilient individual who has big ambitions for their career. At LTT we specialise in Education and work with schools all across the South West. We are a start-up agency with huge growth plans and a proven track record of taking consultants with no experience and training them to become some of the top-performing consultants in the market. We have plans to increase our headcount from 11 - 15 by the end of the year and continue to develop leaders from within the business. There is a clearly defined route from trainee to Director and there will be opportunities to open new locations and grow your own team.
