This role is crucial for driving improvements in their customer experience and operational efficiency. Day-to-Day of the Role: Oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring processes are efficient, optimised, and customer-centric. Lead, mentor, and manage the claims team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations comply with FCA regulations and internal policies. Champion a customer-first approach in claims handling, ensuring timely and transparent communication. Drive continuous improvement in claims processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive operations and align claims operations with strategic goals. Proactively identify risks in the claims process and implement mitigating actions. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to monitor claims performance and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a senior claims management role within a regulated environment (FCA-regulated business experience preferred). In-depth understanding of claims processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
