Job Description:
* Own the release meetings (with programme support) and schedule release meetings to support BoM deadlines.
* Concern, PACN and iCREATE corrections, completions and cancellations, and ownership of cross-carline concerns/ PST / LMM / LMLR. Release metrics preparation (can present at PST / LMM).
* Release Tracker maintenance and Night letter issue, ensuring accurate reporting.
* Celonis roll-out to be the single source of the truth to drive release meetings (non-DPP).
* Ageing task status update (Finance, MP&L, Manufacturing etc.).
* PACN, WERS Concern and iCREATE ageing Scorecard metric maintenance.
* PFEP tracker maintenance - concern loading and OK / NOK checks and co-ordinate resolutions for failures.
Skills Required:
* Significant experience of Project / Change Management in a major multi-year complex cross-functional programme.
* Working knowledge of WERS / iCREATE.
* Evidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity.
Experience Required:
* Experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
* Working knowledge of PACNs and iCREATE.
* Qualified experience of Macro coding, Exalead, Elastic, and qualified experience of Excel.

Experience Preferred:
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Proven process improvement knowledge (SIPPE, 8D, PR-AIMS etc.)
* An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
* An individual who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
Additional Information:
Flexible hybrid working would be good to be in 2 days a week for team collaboration etc.
