The key purpose of the Social Care Delivery Manager role within Reed is to be responsible for leading the delivery of projects with our clients. Your role will be a blend of project management, account management, developing the relationship with our clients and importantly, ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance for your portfolio. What you’ll be doing: Delivery of projects Lead and forge strong relationships with clients. Engage in Business Development focus sessions to support the pipeline of new business via services or products. Responsible for building and engaging with new and potential clients. Point of Escalation Be the point of escalation for all our projects for both candidates and clients Liaise with Social Workers and Social Care Management or Commissioners about repeat issues on projects Overseeing actions and follow up of concerns, best practice and safe provision of the clients staffing solution Governance Provide on call support, evenings, weekends & bank holidays across projects when required. Attend professional meetings where applicable. Understand and keep up to date of all compliance requirements Performance Regular update reporting, communication and liaison with Managers and team Working with urgency, ensure services are filled to agreed timescales. Ensure Data Protection, GPDR compliance. Who we’re looking for… Proven experience within the social care profession or in a children’s service A Qualified Social Worker or RMA 5 (or equivalent/experience) Clear understanding of responsibilities & risks surrounding confidentiality & safeguarding Promote positive company culture and demonstrate resilience in their approach to delivering a world class service Car driver and/or access to car – willing to travel.
