Working with multiple stakeholders across many services and Council sites, this is a fast-paced position, where you will be required to work across the Council providing advice and support to managers and staff on aspects of learning and organisational development whilst also playing a key role in the coordination, analysis, outputs, and actions arising from data obtained from staff insight.

The Assistant OD and Culture Adviser is a Band 5 (£27,711 -£30,060), secondment opportunity until 31st May 2026, or a fixed term opportunity to cover the substantive post holder's secondment.
