Job summary Formally deputising for the Integrated Care Director and to develop, lead and manage a group of services, as part of the Trust's locality-based services. Direct management of Services will be specific to the relevant directorate and may include: Babies, children and young people community services, including public health nursing, children's development centres, children's therapy services and CAMHS Children and young people inpatient mental health and crisis services Specifically commissioned services for Babies, children and young people This role will provide a key leadership role in coordinating service provision across the outer North East London (ONEL) area, working alongside locality based leadership roles to ensure that effective partnerships are maintained. The post holder will ideally have a relevant clinical background in BCYP services or extensive management of these type of services. About us Starting with NELFT NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.
