Contract Recruiter
Location: Dundee (on-site)
The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple requirements and workloads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the organization.
* Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and effectively handle workload.
Qualifications:
* Experience in recruitment and sourcing.
* Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
