Let’s take it on Reporting to the Deputy HR Services Manager, you will assist the wider HR & Payroll teams and the business with all administrative HR tasks in the HR systems in order to keep accurate employee records and up to date information. We’re looking for a candidate who is organised and methodical, able to plan and prioritise their own workload in line with changing priorities and volumes. The work and key responsibilities are varied and often need to be carried out to tight deadlines. You will be supporting both HR and Recruitment Administration, including generating offers of employment, performing new starter right to work and background checks and processing internal transfers along with all associated documentation. You will act as the first point of contact regarding salary queries, liaising with payroll as required, approve contract changes, process leavers, upload employee documentation to the HR System and produce letters from standard templates. You will also be dealing with numerous other administrative tasks including reference requests,and administration of disciplinary, probationary and other associated employee paperwork. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude; you’ll be a strong team-player and ideally have HR or Recruitment Admin experience. You will be PC literate with strong working knowledge of Google packages and Oracle HCM.
