I am looking for a project manager for a company in Maidenhead. The company work they hybrid model, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
A solid PM background is required, ideally in a Software/Systems intensive environment.
Responsibilities
1. Use disciplined project management methodology and tools with and a high level of discretion to implement and configure increasingly larger and more complex products to solve customer business needs
2. Project budget management including forecasting revenue and billing.
3. Scoping and estimation of effort required for small and medium implementation projects
4. Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams. Project plans are living documents that the Project Manager will continually revise based on changing needs and requirements
5. Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
6. Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
7. Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
8. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
9. Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
