3. Able to assist the Operations Manager and motivate a team
4. Previous hospitality management experience
5. Communicate effectively at all levels
6. Planning and organising skills
7. Excellent attention to detail and standards
8. Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
9. Excellent commercial skills
