Job Purpose
To win, manage and develop B2B Fleet SMR and Tyre relationships. Manage, develop and mentor the Key Account sales team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Managing Halfords portfolio of key accounts in terms of relationship, long term retention, sales and margin contribution.
2. Deliver profitable growth within Fleet SMR and Tyre Services by establishing productive and effective professional relationships with key personnel HAC Operations team to support new business opportunities, retention, renewals and implementations.
3. Ensure all new business wins are successfully implemented in a timely manner, including the creation of any relevant processes, procedures, training docs and system changes. Effective ownership of the process from start to finish.
4. Support management with any developments required to deliver engagement, service and revenue KPI’s.
5. Report and effectively communicate progress on any new opportunities and renewal activities.
6. Work with 4 Key Account Managers to develop them as individuals and the broader Key Account portfolio.
