WE Talent are working with a valued client who are looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with Customer Service skills who enjoys working with customers to process orders and deal with enquiries (both in writing and on the telephone).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Enter and manage customer orders, with attention to product codes, quantities, and deadlines.
2. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages, and coordinate with team members to prevent issues and ensure optimal stock levels both with in-house teams and with customers.
3. Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address client enquiries and resolve issues related to product orders, stock queries and deliveries.
4. Cross-Department Liaison: Work closely with other departments to align stock control efforts and facilitate smooth operations across the business.
5. New Contracts: Update the database with new contract details, pricing and terms.
Requirements:
1. Database/CRM Expertise: Confident using a system to enter data/orders, emphasising attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Stock Management Experience: Beneficial but not essential.
3. Communication Skills: Confident working with other departments and liaising with customers.
