Key Responsibilities:\n\n- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with best practice standards.\n\n- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.\n\n- Monitor and record vital signs, responding to changes in patient conditions promptly.\n\n- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.\n\n- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.\n\n- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.\n\n- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.\n\n- Ensure all clinical practices comply with NHS protocols, regulations, and infection control standards.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\n\n- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.\n\n- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.\n\n- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.\n\n- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and nights, as required by agency assignments.\n\n- Knowledge of relevant medical practices, procedures, and healthcare legislation.\n\n- A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
