Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades. Position The Project Manager is responsible for the profitable planning, scheduling and delivery of all extra works and projects. The Project manager will also ensure that BJF Group site procedures and processes are in place and operating effectively, being delivered to a high level of safety, to the required quality standards and specification, on time and within budget, ultimately, organically growing revenue. Responsibilities to include: Ensure BJF Group and the client’s SSOW, H&S policy and procedures are in place and followed. Such as accidents and near misses are recorded and reported in accordance with BJF Group and clients reporting system. Planning and co-ordination of the delivery of assigned extra works through the delivery team and the supply chain Support to Head of Projects for incidental works and other new works streams Work with the Head of projects and Commercial Manager to ensure the customer programme is achieved when required. Working with other members of the contract/Division/Business to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues. Responsible for ensuring all their projects meet the pricing Key Performance Indicators issued by the client Liaison with client representatives and customer to ensure specification of works is correct and client user is updated throughout works. •Maximise opportunities to use internal supply chain for delivering injected works Requirements Hold an industry recognised based qualification NVQ or similar in Mechancial trade. Demonstratable experience of CDM2015 regulations. Hold an industry recognised H&S management qualification (IOSH or SMSTS) Experienced in High Volume low Value project turnaround Managerial experience at Supervisor level within technical and or hard services is essential.
