Our client, a manufacturing company based in Fife, is seeking a Lean Project Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lean project initiatives to improve manufacturing and production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans, and implement lean methodologies to optimise production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyse production data and KPI reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Implement and support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with departments including Engineering, Procurement, Stores, and Operations Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and propose solutions Present recommendations to senior management based on data insights Drive OEE improvements, monitoring downtime, yield loss, and quality metrics Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker with experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights Proven track record in root cause analysis and implementing solutions Solid manufacturing experience, preferably within a high-volume production environment Proficiency in Excel, including pivot charts and dashboards Familiarity with OEE systems and performance tracking tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, opportunities for career development, and the chance to make a significant impact on the production processes of a reputable and growing organisation
