Little Beans Garland are looking to employ a passionate and motivated individual to become part of our friendly early years team as our Deputy Manager.
The role entails assisting the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery. The successful candidate must be able to implement and follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements.
The successful candidate must be friendly, able to work in a team and show initiative to work independently. They must also be dedicated and committed to working with children and the local community and to be able to delegate and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have safeguarding experience.
As a Deputy Manager, you will also be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals in line with the new EYFS.
Previous experience within this role is desirable. It is essential the successful candidate holds a full and relevant L3 Early Years qualification as a minimum.
Hours: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7.30-6pm (minimum 30 hours per week) 51 weeks of the year.
Holiday entitlement is: 5.6 weeks minimum.

The successful applicant will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide a minimum of two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
