A global manufacturing company based in Loughton are looking for an Office Administrator to join their site team on a permanent basis. The main function of this fast-paced and varied opportunity is to provide day-to-day administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Other key responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and maintain Plant Managers and Senior Management Teams schedules.
2. Provide professional office administration support to Plant Manager and Senior Management Team, including travel, expenses and procurement.
3. Co-ordinate all site customer visits including access, meeting room booking, refreshments, lunch, PPE for production tours.
4. Where necessary, arrange hotels, travel and any entertainment activities.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience as an administrator or similar, preferably in a customer service or HR environment. Excellent organisation and MS Office skills are also required. Any experience as a PA or Personal Assistant is preferred.
This is a site-based position on a 37.5-hour week with flexible start and finish times and up to 1 day per week WFH.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration experience and good IT/systems knowledge. The role involves communication with a variety of external and internal stakeholders, so excellent communication skills are required.
