Process customer payments and manage follow-up actions to ensure satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in the motor industry and/or as a Service Advisor is an advantage, but not essential.
No formal qualifications are required, but a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are crucial.
A good level of computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
