To reinforce our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Manager Adult.
Job Purpose
* To plan, design, develop and implement marketing strategies that fit channel tactics and support corporate growth plans. They will lead the full scope of marketing within the branded adult care portfolio and use the full marketing mix to contribute to sales growth through offline and online campaigns, research, conferences, PR, digital (web platforms, events, apps and some social media).
Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks
* Adapt and align the global brand/product strategy to the local needs, guide, monitor and implement across UK & Ireland.
* Create the marketing strategy, devise the marketing plan and then execute it for Ontex brands in UK & Ireland.
* Plan and manage the local marketing budget and prioritise resource allocation, deploy resources strategically and monitor to ensure execution and efficient use of resources across brands and channel.
* Develop and complete brand communication campaigns to support the marketing strategy across multiple channels with clear KPIs in UK & Ireland. Share monthly content with other countries.
* Full responsibility for trade exhibitions and conferences, ensuring event briefs are clear with measurable KPIs and ROI.
* Accomplish efficient product launches across multiple channels through an effective soft and hard launch.
* Work directly with product managers to understand all product change implications and write the external product change communication.
* Design and update necessary educational tools, sales tools, marketing collateral and tender presentations to best position Ontex and Ontex brands to win and retain business.
Job Requirements
* Experienced Marketing professional with Bachelor’s Marketing Degree. At least 6 years’ experience in a similar position, in Healthcare market is a plus but not essential.
* Experience of, or willing to learn, the Adobe Suite including InDesign and Illustrator.
* Knowledge of the route to market in Home Delivery channels is an advantage.
* Product or services marketing experience B2B & B2C.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to work and build bridges with other departments.
* Able to brief accurately and convincingly to a range of audiences.
* Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in complex environments.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong presentation skills both internally and externally.
* Experience in procuring and working with external agencies.
* Interest in the detail of the product.
* High levels of computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint, design and/or web software, database tools).
* Required to be organised, structured, proactive and perseverant.
* Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently.
* Strong business acumen and constructive entrepreneurial spirit.

Accountability and Scope Factors
* Lead the annual budgeting process for the department, and budget management.
* Decision making authority for media spend and partnerships per channel.
* Product Lifecycle, monitor and manage all Ontex brand product changes in UK & Ireland.
* Product Launches responsibility for effective launch of all Ontex brand products in UK & Ireland.
* Become an expert in iD & Lille product range (full training given).
* Full responsibility for event management with effective ROI.
* Trade and B2B marketing (including some Category Management), and setting the KPIs.
* Be the key driver for B2B2C initiative.
* Assist UK & Ireland Account Managers & Nurse Advisors to realise and achieve their goals.
* Write and deploy the internal and external communication in UK & Ireland.
* Accuracy and getting it right first time is essential.
* Needs to be able to build and maintain relationships both internally and with Ontex’s clients.
