The Package:
* Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
* On-target earnings up to £50,000 (realistic in the first year, with uncapped potential for higher earnings)
* Monday Friday, 09:0018:00, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, with time off in lieu during the week to compensate

In this dynamic Property Acquisition Consultant role, youll negotiate property purchases, build strong relationships with sellers, and champion the brand in the market. Property Acquisition Consultant Role:
* Convert inbound leads into property purchases by leveraging localised data and offering speed, certainty, and transparency.
* Negotiate with property owners to establish favourable purchase terms.
* Clearly communicate with customers, emphasising the benefits of a quick and transparent sale.
* Build and maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
* Coordinate and stay informed about property inspections, communicating results to vendors.
* Assist Sales Progressors by ensuring all legal and documentation requirements are met.
* Stay updated on market trends and property values to guide vendors in decision-making.
* Collaborate with team members, including Underwriters, Operations, and Growth, to ensure seamless transactions.
* Respond to leads promptly, managing call-backs and appointments within set timelines.
* Build trust and provide excellent customer service.
* Work with Underwriters to provide accurate information for property valuation and communicate offers credibly to vendors.
* Negotiate to secure offer acceptance that meets target margins.
* Qualify and convert leads quickly, nurturing those unable to accept offers for future opportunities.
* Support the identification and implementation of new and improved processes and policies.
