Planner / Scheduler (Maintenance / Social Housing) £25,000 - £28,000 Southgate, Enfield, Greater London Monday – Friday 08:00am-17:00pm The Company: Our client is a leading maintenance contractor looking to continue it's growth. They fulfill maintenance requirements across various portfolios, such as; social housing, commercial offices and healthcare buildings. Namely, a £50m responsive repairs contract with a national housing association. Role overview: You will be responsible for; planning / scheduling the tradespeople for upcoming repairs, assist with administrative tasks, communicating with residents, ensuring quality service delivery while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Assist with initial enquiries from established clients and customers of the business, talking through repairs / maintenance requirements Allocating trade operatives to attend a range of responsive repairs Ensure the correct and accurate maintenance of project records / data, dealing with all ad-hoc administration that your projects generate Troubleshooting and problem-solving Requirements & Experience: Previous experience within social housing (maintenance contractors / housing associations / local authorities) Exceptional organisational skills, computer literate, strong work ethic and professional Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently Excellent phone manner (enthusiastic, professional, positive) Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
