About the role As part of the Passenger Transport Team, the monitoring assistant will be part of our monitoring team, able to work independently but also a team player is essential for the role. Working under the guidance of the Monitoring Officer and closely with our transport providers, passenger transport managers, education transport officers and external third parties and enforcement agencies, you'll deliver high standards of contractual compliance, making sure that providers are meeting their obligation within statutory legislation, whilst safeguarding all our vulnerable persons. You'll be required to undertake onsite reviews and investigations. well as aiding in the identification as to where support maybe needed to our accessible transport providers. Being part of an operational team with a variety of services deliveries a flexible approach is required. Interviews will take place on Friday 21st March 2025 at New Shire Hall.
