About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Injectable Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for our existing product portfolio as well as launching and integrating new products and product line extensions. You will work closely with the AES Marketing Manager and Sales Director to develop and implement strategies to support both B2B sales for our products and B2C sales for our customers, through practice management strategies, initiatives, and collateral development.
The successful applicant will:
* Provide performance reporting on specified product lines related to sales promotions.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director for SKU-level forecasting for campaigns and promotions.
* Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive analysis, gathering intelligence from the Sales team, Sales Managers/Directors, and Distributors.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans, including product promotions, sales incentive programs, advertising, social media, and new product launches.
* Collaborate with graphic designers, vendors, and internal teams to develop and execute campaigns.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of product collateral, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, price sheets, order forms, and more.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of products within the assigned portfolio and serve as an information resource for sales and internal teams.
* Coordinate and support the product launch process, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
* Participate in education events, sales training, and clinical training with vendors.
* Participate in assigned brand projects, optimizing cross-functional expertise (e.g., website, digital strategy, social media, HubSpot, training, etc.).
* Develop and review corporate and personal goals and objective plans; provide feedback on success indicators, training, and career growth.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
* College or University degree, ideally with a focus in business marketing.
* 3+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the health & beauty industry.
* Familiarity with HA fillers and toxins is preferred.
* Bilingual abilities in French and English languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong copywriting skills for creating marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, websites).
* Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills, including business cases and forecasting.
* Effective project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Solid understanding of marketing principles and consumer strategies.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Team-oriented with strong decision-making and judgment skills.
