As F&B Marketing Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the food and drink team with product and menu management. You will report into Head of Sales & Marketing, liaising with Purchasing, Operations and Senior Chefs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Project menu management of the food and drink offer change process
* Creating and proof reading of menu master files
* Briefing of creative agencies
* Carry out menu upload to the Customer Experience Dashboard
* Pull and analyse data, creating insight reports from Customer Experience Dashboard
* Support where and when require for menu cook offs ensuring all key stakeholders are in attendance
* Liaise with the training team as needed and as appropriate, ensuring all relevant materials and tools are provided to Operations for a successful launch
* Briefing of offer menu change to relevant departments in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth launch of menu offer
* Communicate cook-off dates in good time and oversee comms on menu launches
* Support on marketing photo shoots as required
* Upload allergen information to the website

* Passion for food and drink
* Excellent in planning, organisation skills & time management with a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Experience working both independently & in a team
* Excellent communicator across all levels of the business, including management and director level
* Ability to use your initiative and make decisions
* Capacity to manage spreadsheets and databases
* Hybrid working between the office and home; plus the ability to travel to sites when required to fulfil tasks associated with the role
