About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Director. This role is suited for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and securing high-value contracts. The successful candidate will engage with C-level executives, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar deals with major global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive OT/IoT sales strategy, focusing on growth and market leadership.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across key verticals such as industrial automation, healthcare, and smart cities.
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring long-term customer success and repeat business.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with market demand.
* Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and performance metrics to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership, with expertise in IoT, OT, or related technologies.
* Experience in closing high-value enterprise deals (Honeywell, Siemens, GE, Rockwell).
* Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems and End-User Compute (EUC) technology.
* Proven ability to lead sales teams, drive strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills at the executive level.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with key customers and partners.
