Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients to define and understand business and workflow requirements
• Build rapport with client teams and stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and communicate timelines
• Act as primary technical contact for allocated clients
• Formulate business and workflow requirements into technical solutions
• Use technical skills to resolve complex problems across different platforms
• Identify technical dependencies and recommend solutions
• Work with developers to design, build, test and deploy custom solutions
• On-board client and broker connections to their FIX network
• Implement and test new FX liquidity providers
• Work with teams to improve the product and drive future innovation
• Provide global client support and advise on questions and queries
• Take ownership of issues from start to finish
Requirements:
• 2:1 Bachelor's degree in a numerate subject
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge in C++, Java, SQL, Python, Shell-scripting, Linux, Windows
• Ability to communicate confidently and concisely
• Ability to work under pressure
