Are you a Technical Interface Manager with experience working on large scale infrastructure projects?
Have you delivered common assurance frameworks in a lead role?
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £59,312 - £74,125
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for the client on the largest infrastructure project in Europe.
My client is looking for a Lead Technical Interface Manager to work out of Birmingham who has experience on large scale infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have worked on major rail infrastructure on the likes of Crossrail or HS2; however, applicants with experience in safety-critical backgrounds such as Aerospace, Nuclear, or Defence will also be considered.
This is a lead role in which you will be responsible for ensuring the common assurance frameworks for interface management on HS2 are being implemented across the supply chain by using Relatics, which is a model-based tool, as well as finding areas for improvement. You will be working closely with Project Engineers to deliver to contractors while creating interface management plans for said contractors. This will be using a tool-based interface management following the V system principles.
This role requires a candidate who comes from a systems engineering background. This is a lead role; therefore, candidates must be capable of leading and influencing without authority.
Requirements:
1. Background within systems integration
2. Experience working on large scale infrastructure projects
3. Experience creating interface management plans
Desirable:
1. Rail experience
