Employment Solicitor – Norwich
A Solicitors practice with a first rate reputation throughout East Anglia are looking at recruiting an additional employment lawyer to their team.
They work on behalf of both employee and employer clients on a mix of contentious and non contentious employment law matters including things such as:-
- Drafting and advising on Employment contracts, policies and handbooks
- Advising on disciplinary processes
- Supporting and advising on redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
- Dismissal claims
- Discrimination claims
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:-
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Experienced in dealing with a broad range of both contentious and non contentious employment law matters.
- Have experience of dealing with both employer and employee clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb drafting skills in relation to employment related documents
- Experience of working to deadlines within a busy team
