What Happens in Online Thrift Anyway?
* Receive awesome items from our store teams
* Process these awesome items through the entire e-commerce life cycle - describe, list, photograph and ship to online customers
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* Sort goods and materials
* Load and unload trailers
* Help us be green and sustainable, sort and ship recyclable items
* Receive, move, and place carts, containers, and barrels containing donations for processing
* Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks to move product in, out, and within the warehouse
* Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed
* Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work

Job Duties
* Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed
* Check the condition of items to ensure it meets defined quality standards
* Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work
* Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed
* Facilitate the flow of goods to the listing stage
* Ensure manifests align with items as they arrive at the facility
* Receive, move, and place carts, containers, and barrels containing donations and As-Is for processing, in designated areas
* Load and unload containers and transport product to appropriate areas
* Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks to move product in, out, and within the warehouse
* Track production output as well as product levels and record on appropriate forms
* Place appropriate storage labels on the container
* Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the day
* Record assigned metrics and complete daily reports
* Maintain and adhere to all agency policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
* Action Oriented
* Self-starter and learns quickly
* Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to conduct reliable research using the Internet
* Extremely detailed oriented
* Responsible and reliable and extremely organized
* Ability to complete all assigned tasks quickly, and in an efficient manner, adhering to departmental quotas
* Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures
* Ability to continually provide feedback for process improvements
* Previous work experiences in e-commerce or a retail environment, like eBay or Amazon, preferred
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
