Job Title: Sales / Account Executive
Location: Oxfordshire, 3 days in office a week
Package Details: up to £30,000
Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning personal care/beauty brand renowned for their products within the market!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day client relationships and support sales growth.
* Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts.
* Communicate product launches, promotions, and order updates to clients.
* Collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
* Prepare sales reports and track KPIs.
* Become an expert on our product lines.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in beauty.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of market trends.
