FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Aberdeen on a Temporary Contract basis, running for approx. 6 months. This is a full time position, with Hybrid working available. Main duties include: • Posting invoices • Verifying correct coding • VAT and approvals • Processing changes in master data with proper authorization • Handling AP-related questions from external suppliers and internal entities • Assisting with month-end close duties • Any other tasks as necessary Suitable candidates should have the following: • Previous relevant experience in a similar role • Experience with IFS software is desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel is essential • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines • Keen attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
