At Encore Property Management, securing and onboarding new clients is essential to our continued success. We’re looking for a dynamic Mobilisation Manager to join our specialist team. You will ensure each new estate is set up perfectly, providing smooth transitions and flawless management from day one. This key role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across internal teams to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality standards.
What You Will Do:
* Manage Estate Setup: Oversee the entire setup process for new estates, from developers, RMCs, and commercial clients, ensuring everything is organised for a seamless handover to the Estate Manager.
* Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to meet deadlines, solve obstacles, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently, promoting a positive and responsible team culture.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of setup processes, asset registers, budgets, and documentation, reporting on progress to both senior management and clients.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, especially developers and freeholders, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions from initial set-up to ongoing management.
* Mobilisation & Compliance: Ensure all aspects of mobilisation are compliant with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, building safety, and the Building Safety Act.
* Ensure Seamless Transition: Maintain a clear Plan of Action for each estate and deliver a smooth handover to the Estate Manager, providing thorough briefings and ensuring all items are addressed.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
* Qualifications:
o TPI Part 1 essential, MTPI desirable
* Experience:
o 2+ years in estate management, with experience in managing complex sites and onboarding new estates
o Proven track record in project management, budget control, and contractor management
o Solid knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and legal frameworks
o Familiarity with property management software (Qube, Dwellant, etc.) is an advantage
* Skills:
o Strong time management and prioritisation
o High competency in financial analysis and budget management
o Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
o Effective communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
o Commercial awareness and the ability to solve problems strategically

Please note although this role can be based from either our London or Cambridge office you must be willing to travel to our other regional offices when required.

The salary for this role is £35,000 + D.O.E
