Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator for a busy insurance organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. What they are looking for:
1. Handling budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
2. Manage service charge budgets and related works
3. Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
4. Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
5. General maintenance and overseeing the day-to-day running of the building
Key details:
1. Experience in a similar Facilities/Office Manager/Reception based role
2. Good communication skills
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
4. A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently
The role is due to start in February 2025 and is ongoing. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
